穿层钻孔水力冲孔增透与有效抽采半径综合测试方法研究

Study on permeability enhancement by hydraulic punching in crossing boreholes and comprehensive testing method for effective radius of gas extraction

  • 摘要: 为确定长平煤业3#煤层穿层钻孔水力冲孔(以下简称“穿层冲孔”)有效抽采半径,采用压降法、示踪气体法及数值模拟法相结合的综合研究方法,基于相同的钻孔布置方式及测试环境,全面分析穿层钻孔有效抽采半径的科学性和合理性,并开展工程试验对不同间距穿层钻孔的抽采效果进行对比考察。结果表明:采用穿层冲孔措施,抽采时间180 d时其有效抽采半径达到3.5 m;钻孔间距7.0 m的抽采瓦斯总量分别是钻孔间距5.0、6.0、8.0 m的1.10、1.07、1.28倍,取得了较好的工程实践效果。该综合研究方法准确、可靠。

     

    Abstract: To clarify the applicability of this parameter in Changping Coal mine, a comprehensive evaluation operation including the pressure drop measurement, tracer gas indication, and numerical simulation was adopted to validate of the effectiveness of the extraction radius of crossing boreholes based on the same drilling layout and testing conditions.Field test was applied to investigate the extraction effect of crossing boreholes at different spacing.The accuracy of the developed comprehensive evaluation method was evaluated.The pumping effect of different spacing crossing boreholes was also examined by field tests, the results show that: using crossing boreholes hydraulic flushing measures, its effective radius reaches 3.5 m when pumping time is 180 d; the total amount of pumping for 7.0 m drill hole spacing is 1.10, 1.07, 1.28 times of the drill hole spacing of 5.0 m, 6.0 m, and 8.0 m, respectively, which achieves a better effect of the engineering practice; the comprehensive research method is accurate and reliable.
