定向孔抽采特性对布孔参数响应变化规律研究

  • 摘要: 为了确保定向钻孔布置的合理性,进一步提高钻孔抽采瓦斯效果,通过数值模拟和现场工业性试验的方式进行定向孔抽采特性对布孔参数响应变化规律研究。研究结果表明:定向长钻孔抽采效果沿孔轴线方向呈递减趋势,整体影响范围呈圆台状;抽采负压一定情况下,定向钻孔开2个分支抽采效果较好,控制范围内瓦斯含量降幅较大,钻孔布置综合性价比较高;钻孔控制区域残余瓦斯含量与有效影响范围内空间位置耦合呈双指数变化规律。研究结果可为定向钻孔设计参数选取、抽采效果预评价提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the rationality of directional drilling layout and further improve the gas extraction effect, the variation law of directional drilling extraction characteristics in response to hole layout parameters was studied by numerical simulation and field industrial test. The results show that: the extraction effect of directional long drilling shows a decreasing trend along the axis of the hole, and the overall influence range is rounded. In the case of a certain extraction negative pressure, directional drilling with two branches has a better extraction effect, the gas content reduction value is larger in the control range, and the comprehensive cost performance ratio of drilling arrangement is higher. The residual gas content in drilling control area coupled with the spatial position in the effective influence area presents a double exponential variation law. The research results can provide reference for the selection of design parameters of directional drilling and the pre-evaluation of extraction effect.
