煤层气阻火装置在线自动清洗技术研究及试验分析

Research and test analysis of on-line automatic cleaning technology for coalbed methane fire arresting device

  • 摘要: 煤矿井下抽采的煤层气中固体杂质含量高,容易堵塞干式阻火器,降低气源管路输送通量, 且检修阻火器时会造成煤层气利用装置非故障停机频繁。研制了阻力触发自动清洗干式阻火装置,实现阻火装置的在线自动清洗,并开展自动清洗试验,检验阻火装置运行效果。结果表明:该装置彻底解决了低浓度煤层气输送管道阻火器堵塞后清洗时停机的问题,提升了煤层气输送及利用端阻火装置运行的可靠性及稳定性,大幅减少了煤层气利用装置非故障停机时间;优化设计的DN500干式阻火装置,试验前阻力为670 Pa,试验煤粉模拟堵塞并自动清洗300 s后,阻火装置的阻力由2 000 Pa降至700 Pa。

     

    Abstract: The content of solid impurities in the coalbed methane extracted from underground coal mine is high, which is easy to block the dry flame arrester, resulting in the reduction of the gas source pipeline transmission flux, and the frequent non-fault shutdown of the gas utilization device due to the maintenance of the flame arrester. In this study, a dry fire arresting structure with resistance triggering and automatic cleaning was developed to realize online automatic cleaning of the fire arresting device, and the automatic cleaning test was carried out to check the operation effect of the device. The results show that the device completely solves the problem of shutdown when the flame arrester of gas transmission pipeline is blocked and cleaned, improves the stability and reliability of the gas transmission and utilization end device, and greatly reduces the non-fault shutdown time of the coalbed methane utilization device. For the optimized DN500 type dry-type fire arresting device, the resistance is 670 Pa. After the simulated plugging of the test pulverized coal and automatic cleaning for 300 s, the resistance of the fire retardant device is reduced from 2 000 Pa to 700 Pa.
