超前支承压力区煤巷支护关键技术研究

Research on key technology of coal roadway support in advance abutment pressure zone

  • 摘要: 为解决超前支承压力影响区煤巷难支护的问题,以煤峪口矿8712综放工作面终采线煤柱中部补掘回撤专用通道为工程背景,综合运用理论分析、FLAC3D数值模拟、矿压监测等研究方法,对超前支承压力影响下的煤巷支护技术进行研究,结果表明:超前支承压力影响范围为60 m,“锚网喷”支护在应力降低区和原岩应力区取得了良好的围岩控制效果;应力增高区内巷道失稳变形仍较严重,根据应力增高区内巷道围岩变形及破坏特征提出“锚网喷+让压锚索+注浆锚杆+底板切槽”联合支护技术。现场应用及实测数据表明,巷道表面位移量能被控制在合理范围内,研究成果可为工作面的安全回撤及类似地质条件下煤巷围岩控制提供借鉴和参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of the difficult in support of coal roadway under the influence of advance abutment pressure, a special channel for the middle excavation and withdrawal of the coal pillar in the final mining line of 8712 fully mechanized working face of Meiyukou Coal Mine was used as the engineering background. Comprehensive research methods such as theoretical analysis, FLAC3D numerical simulation, and mine pressure monitoring were used to study the support technology of coal roadways under the influence of advance abutment pressure. The results show that the influence range of the advance abutment pressure is 60 m, and the "anchor-net-spray" support achieves good surrounding rock control effect in the stress reduction zone and the original rock stress zone; the roadway instability and deformation are still serious in stress-concentrated area, according to the deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock of roadway in stress-concentrated area, the combined support technology of "anchor-net-spray+yield anchor cable+grouting anchor bolt+floor groove cutting" is proposed. The field application and measured data show that the roadway surface displacement is successfully controlled within a reasonable range, the research results provide reference for the safe withdrawal in the working face and the control of the surrounding rock of coal roadway under similar geological conditions.
