超高压水力割缝在坚硬突出煤层石门揭煤预抽瓦斯防突措施中的应用

Application of Super-high Pressure Hydraulic Slotting Technology in Exposing Hard Outburst Seam in Crosscut for Outburst Prevention by Gas Pre-drainage

  • 摘要: 白皎煤矿开采低透气性坚硬突出煤层,石门揭煤预抽瓦斯时间一般为4~5 a,为了缩短石门揭煤时间,研发了超高压水力割缝成套设备及施工工艺,并在+300 m四号石门揭煤掘进工作面进行了工业性试验。实践表明,超高压水力割缝增透措施增加了煤层的透气性,提高了瓦斯抽采效果,使整体揭煤时间缩短近4 a,极大提高了石门揭煤速度,同时揭煤瓦斯浓度不超限,实现了安全、快速揭煤。

     

    Abstract: The coal seams in Baijiao Mine are the hard and low-permeability outburst seams and the gas pre-drainage time is generally 4 a to 5 a when the outburst coal seam was exposed in the crosscut. In order to shorten the time for exposing the outburst seam in the crosscut, a complete set of supper-high pressure hydraulic slotting equipment and construction technology was developed and its industrial test was carried out in the heading face in No. 4 crosscut at +300 m level. The practice showed that the super-high pressure hydraulic slotting technology improved the permeability of the coal seam, increased the gas drainage effect, shortened the overall time of exposing the outburst seam in the crosscut by about 4 a, greatly improved the speed of exposing the outburst seam in the crosscut, and while exposing the outburst seam in the crosscut, the gas concentration was not overrun, this thus provided the guarantee for safely and quickly exposing the outburst seam in the crosscut.
