厚煤层双排顺层钻孔瓦斯抽采方法模拟及应用

Simulation and Application of Gas Drainage Method by Double Row Borehole Drilling in Thick Coal Seam

  • 摘要: 为提高三元煤业3#煤层井下瓦斯抽采效率,首先采用Fluent软件对单排钻孔模型正确性进行验证,然后针对8 m厚煤层分别用单排、双排钻孔进行数值模拟,结果表明:单排钻孔的瓦斯抽采影响半径在2.5 m左右,有效半径为1.7 m,只能影响到钻孔周围的部分区域;采用双排钻孔后,瓦斯流场基本将8 m厚的煤层全覆盖且钻孔周围的瓦斯压力比单排钻孔周围的瓦斯压力小得多。通过三元煤业3#煤层7.83 m厚煤层双排钻孔的应用,实测瓦斯预抽率达到70%,抽采效果较好。双排钻孔可提高厚煤层瓦斯抽采率及覆盖率,可有效降低突出煤层的突出危险性,确保煤矿井下安全生产。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of gas extraction in 3# coal seam of Sanyuan Coal Industry. Fluent software was used to verify the correctness of the single row drilling model at first, then numerical simulation was carried out for 8 m thick coal seam with single row and double row drilling respectively.The results show that the effect radius of single row holes of gas extration is about 2.5 m and the effective radius is 1.7 m, which can only affect part of the surrounding area.After adopting double row boreholes, the gas flow field basically covers all the 8 m thick coal seam, and the gas pressure around the borehole is much less than that around the single row borehole. Through the practical application of double row drilling in 3# coal seam with 7.83 m thick coal seam, it is found that the pre-pumping gas efficiency reaches 70%, and the effect is remarkable.Double row boreholes can improve the gas extraction rate and coverage rate of thick coal seam, effectively reduce the outburst risk of outburst coal seam, and ensure the safety of production in coal mines.
