自燃煤矸石山内部温度拟合与可视化研究

Study on Fitting and Visualization of Internal Temperature of Spontaneous Combustion Gangue Hill

  • 摘要: 分析了煤矸石山的自燃机理,采用土壤温度传感器测量煤矸石山内部不同深度的温度,结合传统测量手段定位温度采样点。通过MATLAB软件对每一层煤矸石温度进行插值分析,有效分析煤矸石山深部温度的分布特征,建立了竖直方向一元三次函数拟合模型,揭示出煤矸石山深部温度的变化趋势。通过相关系数和测量误差理论,确立了煤矸石山深部温度拟合最优模型,实现了自燃煤矸石山的火源定位及温度分布可视化,可为自燃煤矸石山灾害预警及治理提供技术指导。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the spontaneous combustion mechanism of coal gangue hill was analyzed,the temperature at different depths of coal gangue hill was measured by soil temperature sensor,and the temperature sampling point was located by combining traditional measurement method.The temperature of each layer of coal gangue was interpolated by MATLAB software to effectively analyze the distribution characteristics of the deep temperature of coal gangue hills.A fitting model of cubic function of one variable in vertical direction was established to reveal the changing trend of the temperature in the depth of coal gangue hills.The optimal fitting model of deep temperature of coal gangue hill was established by the correlation coefficient and measurement error theory,the fire source localization and temperature distribution visualization of spontaneous combustion coal gangue hill were realized,it can provide technical guidance for the early warning and treatment of spontaneous coal gangue disaster.
