特厚煤层综放工作面注水技术研究及应用

Research and Application of Water Injection Technology for the Ultra-Thick Coal Seam in Fully Mechanized Working Face

  • 摘要: 为解决乌鲁木齐矿区综放工作面特厚煤层注水湿润难、工作面粉尘及硫化氢治理效果差等技术难题,运用理论分析及试验测试研究等手段,对特厚煤层注水扇形布孔方式、上行注水孔封孔工艺技术、工作面超前支承压力影响区注水技术进行了研究,探索出特厚煤层综放工作面超前支承压力影响区扇形布孔注水新技术。现场应用结果表明:采用该注水防尘新技术后,煤体全水分由原始的2.7%增至注水后的5.8%,增大了3.1%;采煤机割煤及支架放煤时呼吸性粉尘质量浓度分别降至7.3、10.7 mg/m3,降尘效率分别达到73.9%、77.6%;硫化氢体积分数分别降低62.3%、69.7%,取得了较好的治理效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the technical problems such as difficulty in water injection and wettability of ultra-thick coal seam and poor control effect of dust and hydrogen sulfide of working face in the fully mechanized working face of Urumqi mining area, by means of theoretical analysis and test research, water injection with fan-shaped hole in ultra-thick coal seam, the hole sealing technology of upward water injection hole and water injection technology in advanced bearing pressure affected area was studied. A new technology of water injection with fan-shaped hole in advanced bearing pressure affected area of ultra-thick coal seam in fully mechanized working face was explored.The field application research showed that with this new technology, the total water content of coal increased from 2.7% to 5.8%, the increase was 3.1%.The quality concentration of respirable dust in coal cutting by coal mining machine fell to 7.3 mg/m3, and it fell to 10.7 mg/m3 when stents released coal. The dust removal efficiency reached 73.9% and 77.6% respectively, and the volume fraction of hydrogen sulfide decreased by 62.3% and 69.7% respectively, a good effect of governance has been achieved.
