乏风瓦斯提浓利用技术现状及展望

Status and Prospect of Ventilation Air Methane Concentrating and Utilization Technology

  • 摘要: 煤矿乏风中所含甲烷浓度极低,无法直接利用,且总量巨大,产生的温室效应显著,煤矿企业面临巨大的减排压力。分析了乏风瓦斯利用的主要方法,提出了提浓后的主要利用途径。对乏风瓦斯提浓的技术途径进行分类,认为吸附分离技术是相对更有前景的技术途径。对国内外乏风瓦斯提浓技术的研究现状、技术目标及实施现状进行了分析和探讨,并对其应用前景和新的研究方向进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: The methane concentration in the mine ventilation air was very low, which caused it can't be used directly, and a huge amount of ventilation air methane(VAM) exhausted into atmosphere and caused a significant greenhouse effect, which made the coal mining enterprises being under huge pressure of emission reduction. In this paper, the main methods for VAM utilization were analyzed and the main utilization ways after it was concentrated were proposed. The technological means for VAM concentration were classified, and it was believed that the adsorption separation technology was a more promising one. Analysis and discussion were carried out on the research status, technical objectives and implementation situation of VAM concentration technology at home and abroad, and its application prospect and new research direction were looked forward.
