瓦斯发电余热利用项目中管壳式换热器的设计

Design of Shell-and-tube Heat Exchanger in Waste Heat Refrigeration Projectof Coal-bed Methane Power Generation

  • 摘要: 利用ASPEN EDR软件设计管壳式换热器能省去大量的手工计算过程,提高换热器设计者的效率。以低浓度瓦斯发电项目余热利用局部工艺为例,叙述了使用ASPEN EDR软件设计和校核管壳式换热器的通用方法。由于热流介质是具有爆炸危险性的低浓度煤层气,该换热器除了满足换热、压降等一般要求外,还必须采取抑阻爆措施来保证换热器的安全性。

     

    Abstract: Using ASPEN EDR software to design the shell-and-tube heat exchanger can save a lot of manual calculation process and improve the efficiency of the heat exchanger's designer. The general method for designing and verifying the shell-and-tube heat exchanger by ASPEN EDR software was described in this paper by taking the local process of the low-concentration gas power generation project as the example. Since the heat flux medium is the low-concentration coal-bed methane having high explosive hazard, besides meeting the requirements of the heat exchange and pressure drop of the heat exchanger, correspouding explosion suppression measures must be taken to ensure its safety.
