Abstract:
To counter the problems of low dust removal efficiency and dust not easy to be wetted by water spray,the wetting agent compounded with surfactants was selected to improve the wetting effect of coal dust by adding it into the spray water,and thus improve the dust removal efficiency.Through coal dust sedimentation experiments,seven different kinds of surfacants were optimized,from them two kinds of non-ionic surfactants and two kinds of anionic surfactants having bettert wetting effect on coal dust were selected for compounding the wetting agents,and six kinds of compound wetting agents were obtained by selecting two of them.The coal dust sedimentation experiments by adding the compound wetting agent into the water showed that the wetting effect of the compound wetting agent on coal dust was more effective than that of the monomer wetting agent.
