复配润湿剂对改善煤尘润湿效果的研究

Study on Wetting Effect Improvement of Coal Dust with Compound Wetting Agent

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿喷雾降尘技术降尘效率低、粉尘不易被润湿的问题,选取表面活性剂复配成润湿剂加入水中,以改善煤尘润湿效果,从而提高降尘效率。通过煤尘沉降实验,对7种不同类型的表面活性剂进行优选,从中选择润湿煤尘效果较好的2种非离子表面活性剂和2种阴离子表面活性剂进行两两复配,得到6种复配润湿剂。将复配润湿剂加入水中再次进行煤尘沉降实验,发现复配润湿剂比润湿剂单体更能有效改善煤尘润湿效果。

     

    Abstract: To counter the problems of low dust removal efficiency and dust not easy to be wetted by water spray,the wetting agent compounded with surfactants was selected to improve the wetting effect of coal dust by adding it into the spray water,and thus improve the dust removal efficiency.Through coal dust sedimentation experiments,seven different kinds of surfacants were optimized,from them two kinds of non-ionic surfactants and two kinds of anionic surfactants having bettert wetting effect on coal dust were selected for compounding the wetting agents,and six kinds of compound wetting agents were obtained by selecting two of them.The coal dust sedimentation experiments by adding the compound wetting agent into the water showed that the wetting effect of the compound wetting agent on coal dust was more effective than that of the monomer wetting agent.
