煤矿防灭火用卧式连续制浆机的设计与应用

Design and Application of Horizontal Continuous Pulping Machine for Coal Mine Fire Prevention and Extinguishing

  • 摘要: 对煤矿防灭火制浆系统进行了研究,比较了立式制浆机和卧式制浆机的优缺点,基于经济性和可靠性考虑,结合现代化矿井注浆防灭火需要,在研究了卧式制浆机的制浆流程、制浆机的主要参数后,以卧式连续制浆机为设计任务,对制浆机进行模块设计,将卧式连续制浆机分为定量给水系统、定量给土系统、连续制浆系统和注浆系统4个模块。通过灭火现场应用表明,所设计的制浆机运行可靠,制浆量能满足现场灭火的需要。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, study was carried out on the pulping system for mine fire prevention and extinguishing and comparison was made on the advantages and disadvantages of both the vertical and horizontal pulping machines. Based on the consideration of the economy and reliability and combined with the needs of the modern mine fire extinguishing by grouting, the module design of the pulping mechine was carried out by taking the horizontal pulping machne as the design condition after studying the pulping process and main parameters of the pulping machine. The horizontal pulping machine was divided into four modules, including the quantitative water-feed system, quantitative soil-feed system, continuous pulping system and grouting system. The applications in the fire extinguishing site indicated that the designed pulping machine ran reliably operate and its pulping capacity can meet the requirement of the fire extinguishing at the site.
