绿塘煤矿超高压水力割缝卸压增透效果考察及应用

Investigation and Application on the Effect of Pressure Relived and Permeability Enhanced of Ultra-high Pressure Hydraulic Slotting in Lvtang Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 为有效解决绿塘煤矿低透气性突出煤层煤巷掘进区域验证指标超标、瓦斯浓度超限导致的煤巷掘进效率低的问题,采用超高压水力割缝卸压增透技术在该矿6S204回风巷煤巷条带进行试验与应用,考察确定了6煤层的合理割缝压力、切割半径和抽采瓦斯纯流量等参数。结果表明:超高压水力割缝技术能够有效改善煤层透气性,大幅提高瓦斯抽采效率,煤巷掘进进度由20.0~30.0 m/月提高到87.5 m/月,解决了低透气性突出煤层煤巷掘进瓦斯治理难题,可为类似矿区煤巷条带的瓦斯高效治理提供经验和技术指导。

     

    Abstract: In order to effectively solve the problem of low tunneling efficiency of coal roadway in low permeability outburst coal seam in Lvtang Coal Mine, which caused by excessive regional verification index and gas exceeding the limit in tunneling area, the ultra-high pressure hydraulic slotting technology to release the pressure and enhance the permeability was tested and applied in the 6th S204 return airway of the coal roadway, and the reasonable fracturing pressure, cutting radius, gas extraction purity and other parameters of the coal seam have been determined. The results show that the ultra-high pressure hydraulic slotting technology can effectively enhance the permeability of coal seam, greatly improve the efficiency of gas extraction, and the progress of coal roadway tunneling increases to 87.5 m/month, which is from 20.0 m/month to 30.0 m/month before. It solves the difficulties of gas control in coal roadway excavation of low permeability and outburst coal seam, and provides experience and technical guidance for efficient gas governance of coal roadway in similar mining areas.
