端氏煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔质量检验方法应用研究

The Application Research on the Quality Inspection Method of Sealing and Drilling of Gas Drainage in Duanshi Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 根据管流流体力学理论和漏气检测原理,提出了瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔质量检验判断方法,即通过在正常抽采状态下检测抽采钻孔内不同深度位置的抽采负压和瓦斯浓度,分析瓦斯抽采浓度沿孔深分布的变化规律, 实现快速准确判断抽采钻孔密封质量和漏气位置。以端氏煤矿为例,采用钻孔封孔质量检验判断方法,开展了抽采钻孔的密封质量和合理封孔深度的现场试验,结果表明在钻孔深度 9~15 m内瓦斯浓度变化幅度较大,存在漏气情况,抽采钻孔的密封质量较差、封孔深度不足。该方法实现了对瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔质量的有效检测,为端氏煤矿调整封孔工艺参数和改进封孔方式提供了科学依据。

     

    Abstract: According to the theory of fluid mechanics of pipe flow and the principle of gas leakage detection, a quality inspection and judgment method for sealing hole in gas drainage was proposed.That was, by detecting the negative pressure and gas concentration at different depths of the drainage hole in the normal pumping and mining state, the variation of gas drainage concentration with the depth of hole was analyzed. It can quickly and accurately determine the seal quality and air leakage position of the extraction hole. Taking Duanshi Coal Mine as an example, the field test of sealing quality and reasonable sealing depth of drilling holes was carried out by using the quality inspection and judgment method of drilling and sealing.The results showed that when the range of drilling depth is from 9 m to 15 m, the gas concentration varies greatly and exists gas leakage, the sealing quality of the drainage hole is poor and the sealing depth of the hole is insufficient.This method can effectively detect the quality of drilling and sealing of gas drainage. It provides a scientific basis for the adjustment of sealing parameters and the improvement of sealing method in Duanshi Coal Mine.
