乏风瓦斯蓄热氧化安全系统设计研究

Study on Safety Design of VAM Thermal Oxidation

  • 摘要: 为了保障乏风瓦斯蓄热氧化利用工程安全运行,分析了低浓度瓦斯输送系统、乏风瓦斯混配系统、乏风瓦斯蓄热氧化炉等工艺环节存在的安全风险。针对这些风险设计了同时基于水封阻火泄爆、自动抑爆、自动阻爆3种不同原理的瓦斯输送安全保障系统,以及混配瓦斯浓度超限紧急处理系统,防超温、防超压和自动泄爆的蓄热氧化炉运行综合安全保障系统。对山西阳煤五矿乏风瓦斯蓄热氧化井筒加热工程开展了安全系统设计,通过实际运行验证了设计的合理性、可靠性、稳定性。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the safe operation of ventilation air methane (VAM) thermal oxidation utilization project, the safety risks of low concentration gas transportation system, VAM mixing system and VAM thermal oxidation furnace were firstly analyzed. Aiming at these risks, a gas transportation safety guarantee system based on three different principles, namely, water seal fire release and explosion elimination, automatic explosion suppression and automatic explosion resistance was designed. At the same time, an emergency treatment system for excess concentration of mixed gas, and an integrated safety guarantee system for the operation of thermal oxidation furnace with anti-overtemperature, anti-overpressure and automatic explosion venting were designed. The safety design was carried out in the heating wellbore project by VAM thermal oxidation in a mine in Shanxi Province, and the rationality, reliability and stability of the design were verified by practical operation.
