基于β射线法的烟尘浓度直读检测技术及实验

The Technology and Experiment of Direct Reading Detection about Soot Concentration Based on β-ray Method

  • 摘要: 分析了基于β射线法的烟尘浓度检测技术的基本原理,根据固定污染源现场烟尘的排放情况,设计出烟尘采集专用采样枪,并基于孔板流量技术实现了等速采样;为保证后续准确采样,设计了加热和保温机构,研制出反传统的采测一体机构;利用基于该直读检测技术的样机,开展了为期3个月的测试实验。实验结果表明,在整个实验周期内,其检测误差均小于10%,基于β射线法的烟尘浓度直读检测技术能够适用于排放烟尘的现场快速检测。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzed the basic principle of soot concentration detection based on β-ray method. A sampling gun designed for soot and dust collection was designed according to the emission of soot and dust in the fixed pollution source, the constant speed sampling was realized based on orifice flow technology. In order to ensure the following accurate sampling, the heating and insulation mechanism was designed and the anti-traditional mining integrated body was developed. The test experiment was carried out for 3 months based on the prototype of the direct reading detection technology. The experimental results showed that the detection error was less than 10% during the whole experimental period. The direct detection of soot concentration based on β-ray method can be applied to the rapid detection of soot.
