基于因子分析的矿井通风系统优化指标体系建立

Establishment of Optimization Index System of Mine Ventilation System based on Factor Analysis Method

  • 摘要: 为使矿井通风系统安全、高效、经济运行,通过现场测试获取通风系统参数,依据国家相关标准,采用文献沉淀法沉淀出858个指标,通过指标新增、删除、合并,建立包含20个指标的初步指标体系。对初步指标体系中的指标进行相关性分析,得出KMO大于0.7且Bartlett球形检验值小于0.001,指标信息具有重叠现象。使用因子分析法对初步指标体系进行指标约简,从5个方面确立了由16个指标组成的矿井通风系统指标体系,其中包括矿井风阻标准度和风机运转稳定性系数2个新增指标,并首次定量给出了通风系统三区阻力分布合理度和风机运行合理度计算公式。

     

    Abstract: In order to make the mine ventilation system operate safely, efficiently and economically, the ventilation system parameters were obtained through field tests. 858 indexes were precipitated by literature precipitation according to relevant national standards. By adding, deleting and merging indexes, a preliminary index system consisting of 20 indexes was established. Through the correlation analysis of the index system, it was found that KMO> 0.7 and Bartlett spherical test value < 0.001, the index information had overlapping phenomenon. The preliminary index system was briefed by factor analysis method, the index system of mine ventilation system composed of 16 indexes was established from 5 aspects. It included two new indexes, namely the standard degree of mine air resistance and the stability coefficient of fan operation. The formulas for calculating the reasonable degree of resistance distribution and the reasonable degree of resistance distribution in the three regions of the ventilation system were given quantitatively for the first time.
