一氧化碳传感器综合优化布置模型研究

Study on Integrated Optimization Model of CO Sensor

  • 摘要: 针对易自燃矿井依据现行安全规程规范布置的一氧化碳传感器存在预警风险缺陷问题,提出了兼顾一氧化碳高风险点和监测覆盖范围的布置方式。借助图论和集合覆盖理论建立综合优化布置模型,定义目标函数和约束条件,利用列减少—蚁群算法进行优化求解,针对模型中含有已知必选布置点的约束条件,采用列减少算法约简原始监测覆盖矩阵,再利用蚁群算法求解最小全覆盖监测点集合,以矿井胶带机巷一氧化碳最短有效报警时间14.25 min为监测有效级,进行了仿真实验。结果表明:依据安全规程规范布置的一氧化碳传感器基本能够满足矿井工程实际的要求。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem that according to the current safety regulations, early warning risk defects of CO sensors installed in mines prone to spontaneous combustion, a layout mode that comprehensively considering the CO high risk points and monitoring coverage was proposed. Comprehensive optimization layout model was established by means of graph theory and set covering theory, defining objective functions and constraints, column reduction-ant colony algorithm was used to optimize the solution, the column reduction algorithm was used to reduce the original monitoring coverage matrix for the constraint condition that the model contains the known mandatory layout points, then ant colony algorithm was used to solve the set of minimum full-coverage monitoring points, set the CO shortest effective alarm time 14.25 min which is the alarm time of mine tape machine roadway as the monitoring effective level. The simulation experiments show that the CO sensors arranged according to the correlative regulations and specifications are able to meet the actual requirements of mine engineering.
