采空区注氮流量对氮气扩散半径的影响研究

Study on Influence of Nitrogen Injection Flow Rate on Nitrogen Diffusion Radius in Goaf

  • 摘要: 目前采空区注氮防灭火工艺参数及效果考察鲜有考虑氮气扩散半径这一影响因素,使氮气扩散半径在理论上缺乏相应的研究及应用。以乌东煤矿采空区自燃危险区域实测数据为基础,分析氮气流量对氮气扩散半径的影响,运用OriginLab数据分析软件对注氮流量与氮气扩散半径之间的数学关系进行分析,并对注氮流量为700~1 200 m3/h的氮气扩散半径进行推演计算,阐明注氮流量对氮气扩散半径的影响。研究结果表明:随着注氮流量的增加,采空区氧化带分布范围和宽度随之减小,同时氮气扩散半径呈近线性对数形式的增大趋势。随着注氮流量的变化,应结合氮气扩散半径及时调整注氮防灭火工艺参数,使注氮防灭火效果达到最优。

     

    Abstract: In view of the current technological parameter and effects of nitrogen injection fire prevention in goaf, the influence factor of nitrogen diffusion radius is rarely considered, and the theory of nitrogen diffusion radius is lack of corresponding research and application. Based on the measured data of spontaneous combustion hazard area in goaf of Wudong Coal Mine, the influence of nitrogen flow rate on nitrogen diffusion radius was analyzed. Using OriginLab data analysis software to analyze the mathematical relationship between nitrogen injection flow rate and nitrogen diffusion radius, and the calculation of the nitrogen diffusion radius of the nitrogen injection flow rate from 700 m3/h to 1 200 m3/h, carried out to clarify the effect of nitrogen injection flow rate on the nitrogen diffusion radius. The results show that as the nitrogen injection flow rate increases, the distribution range and width of the oxidation zone in goaf decrease, and the nitrogen diffusion radius increases in a nearly linear logarithmic form. With the change of nitrogen injection flow, the technological parameters of nitrogen injection should be adjusted in time according to the nitrogen diffusion radius, so as to achieve the best effect of nitrogen injection.
