声发射技术在煤与瓦斯突出预测中的应用研究

Application of AE Technique in Coal and Gas Outburst Prediction

  • 摘要: 针对新义煤矿采用常规手段预测工作面突出危险不可靠的问题,分析了煤与瓦斯动力灾害特征,采用声发射连续预测技术对煤与瓦斯突出进行了现场监测,分析得出声发射信号指标与异常动力现象的对应关系,确定了合理的工作面灾害危险性判识预警特征参数,给出声发射预测敏感指标临界值。将声发射的指标结合其他指标在新义煤矿进行了综合验证应用,结果表明,利用声发射技术可以更为准确地超前预报以地应力为主导的煤岩动力灾害。

     

    Abstract: To counter the unreliable problem of gas outburst prediction in the working face by conventional means in Xinyi Coal Mine,in this paper,analysis was carried out on the characteristics of coal and gas disaster,and the AE continuous prediction technique was used for the on-site monitoring of coal and gas outburst,through analysis,the correspounding relationship between the AE signal indices and the abnormal dynamic phenomena was obtained,the reasonable identifying and early-warning characteristic parameters for the hazard occurred in the working face were determined,and the critical value of the sensitive indicators of AE prediction was given.The comprehensive verification application of the AE indices with other indices was conducted in Xinyi Coal Mine,and the results showed that the application of AE technique can more acurately predict the coal-rock dynamic disaster mainly led by strata stress in advance.
