冲击地压煤层瓦斯防控技术体系研究

Research on Gas Prevention and Control Technology System of Rock Burst Coal Seam

  • 摘要: 对厚硬顶板冲击地压煤层瓦斯灾害发生原因进行了分析,提出以超前判识为根本、区域治理为关键、效果达标为导向、协同防治为手段、监测预警为前提、安全防护为保障的“六位一体”冲击地压煤层瓦斯防控技术体系,并在宽沟煤矿I010202工作面开展试验应用。结果表明,在工作面回采期间,无瓦斯异常涌出现象,上隅角瓦斯浓度不超过0.50%,回风流瓦斯浓度不超过0.22%,工作面无6次方级别以上的大能量微震事件发生,有效解决了该矿冲击地压煤层工作面瓦斯涌出异常问题,确保了工作面的安全回采。

     

    Abstract: The causes of coal seam gas disaster caused by rock burst of thick and hard roof were analyzed. This paper put forward a "six-in-one" gas prevention and control technology system of rock burst coal seam, which took advance judgment as the foundation, regional governance as the key, target effect as the guidance, coordinated prevention and control as the means, monitoring and early warning as the premise, and safety protection as the guarantee, and it was carried out in the I010202 working face in Kuangou Coal Mine. The results show that there is no abnormal gas emission during stoping, the gas concentration in the upper corner less than 0.50%, and the gas concentration in the back flow less than 0.22%, no microseismic events large energy over the grade of power 6 occurs in the working face, which effectively relieves the abnormal gas emission problem in the working face of rock burst coal seam, and ensures the safe mining of the working face.
