Abstract:
For convenient, quick and accurate measurement of gas mixing uniformity, two methods for continuous detection of mixed gases for large-scale dynamic continuous mixing were presented based on the study of existing gas mixture technology and detection means. The principle, scheme and relative merits of the two detection methods were analyzed and compared. It is considered that the detection method one is easy to achieve, and is more suitable for on-site application and delivery inspection. The detection method two is suitable for the situation where the mixture scale is larger and the detection point has more samples.
