煤矿企业差错管理氛围与安全绩效的关系研究

Study on the Relationship between Error Management Atmosphere and Safety Performance in Coal Mine Enterprises

  • 摘要: 为了研究煤矿企业差错管理氛围与安全绩效的关系,提高煤矿企业安全生产水平,通过在山西省3家煤矿企业调查问卷获得的数据,基于结构方程模型的方法,引入安全态度为中介变量,从差错学习、差错思考、差错能力、差错沟通4个维度探讨了差错管理氛围、安全态度与安全绩效的内在影响机制。研究结果显示,煤矿企业高水平的差错管理氛围对员工的安全态度、企业的安全绩效均具有显著的正向促进作用;安全态度正向影响安全绩效,安全态度在差错学习、差错思考与安全绩效的关系中起完全中介作用,在差错能力、差错沟通与安全绩效的关系中起部分中介作用。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the relationship between error management atmosphere and safety performance and improve the level of safety production in coal mine enterprises, based on the data obtained from the questionnaires of 3 coal mine enterprises in Shanxi Province and the method of structural equation model, by introducing the safety attitude as an intermediary variable, this paper discussed the internal influencing mechanism of error management atmosphere, safety attitude and safety performance from four dimensions, including error learning, error thinking, error ability and error communication. The results show that the high level of error management atmosphere has a significant positive effect on the safety attitude of employees and the safety performance of the enterprise; safety attitude positively affects safety performance, which plays a complete mediating role in the relationship between error learning, error thinking and safety performance, and a partial mediating role in the relationship between error ability, error communication and safety performance.
