贵州六盘水煤样润湿性影响因素研究

Influence Factors of Wettability of Coal Sample in Liupanshui, Guizhou

  • 摘要: 为了研究煤的润湿性对煤炭开采过程中降尘方面的影响,以贵州六盘水原煤为实验对象,选用表面活性剂ASA-1和ASA-2,采用JC2000DM接触角测量仪,分别研究了溶液pH值、含盐量和温度对煤样接触角的影响规律。实验结果表明:随着溶液pH值的升高,煤样表面接触角呈现先增大后减小的现象;KCl对煤样的亲水性有增强作用;对于在ASA-1和ASA-2溶液中浸泡过的煤样,随着溶液温度的升高,接触角有逐渐增大的趋势。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the effect of coal wettability on coal dust in the mining, taking Liupanshui raw coal in Guizhou as the research object, and selecting the surfactants ASA-1 and ASA-2 as experimental materials. The JC2000DM contact angle measuring instrument was used to study the influence of pH value, salinity and temperature on the contact angle of coal sample. The results showed that: the contact angle of coal sample increased first and then decreased with the increase of pH value; KCl had an effect on enhancing the hydrophilicity of coal sample; for the samples soaked in the ASA-1 and ASA-2, the contact angle increased with the increase of solution temperature.
