火区隔离技术在浅埋深煤层矿井中的应用

Application of Fire Area Isolation Technology in Mines with Shallow Coal Seams

  • 摘要: 为防止邻近矿井火区影响板定梁塔煤矿井下安全生产,利用采空区三维激光扫描技术、地面钻孔和灌注塑性水玻璃凝胶及天固充填材料,在板定梁塔煤矿井田边界成功构筑了1道防火隔离墙。通过分析钻孔内气体温度和CO浓度变化趋势,考察了火区的隔离效果,结果表明:隔离区域内的检测钻孔内气体温度由66℃下降至36℃,CO体积分数由593×10-6降至34×10-6以下,有效阻止了朱家沟煤矿露天剥离开挖火区向板定梁塔煤矿井田蔓延。

     

    Abstract: In order to prevent the adjacent mine fire areas from affecting the safe production in Bandingliangta Coal Mine, a fire stopping was successfully built at the field boundary of Bandingliangta Mine by using gob 3D laser scanning technology, drilling holes from surface, grouting plastic water glass gel and filling material. The isolation effect of the fire zone was investigated by analyzing the change trend of gas temperature and CO concentration in the borehole. The result showed that the gas temperature in the test hole in the isolated area dropped from 66℃ to 36℃, and the CO volume fraction decreased from593×10-6 to 34×10-6. This fire area isolation technology effectively prevented the fire propagation from the stripping and excavation area in Zhujiagou Mine to Bandingliangta Mine.
