含瓦斯煤非线性渗流参数的测试方法研究

Study of Measuring Method for Nonlinear Seepage Parameters of Gassy Coal

  • 摘要: 针对约束环形应变条件下煤样吸附气量—非线性渗流参数同步测量的问题,采用圆柱形煤样作为试件,利用进气与出气端设置的质量流量计测定试件气体含量,通过计算获取吸附气量;结合氦气与瓦斯气体的渗透测试结果,获取含瓦斯煤非线性渗流参数。重点介绍了该测试方法的原理、实验装置及实验步骤,并利用该方法和装置进行了相关测试,研究结果表明:该测试方法和装置能够同时测定煤样吸附气量与非线性渗流参数,实验效果较好。

     

    Abstract: To counter the problem of synchronous measurement of gas absorption amount of coal samples and key parameters of nonlinear seepage in case of the constraint ring strain condition, cylindrical coal samples were taken as the specimens and the mass flow-meter installed at the gas inlet end and outlet end was used to determine the gas content of specimens, and the gas absorption amount was obtained by calculation; based on the seepage test results of helium and gas, the nonlinear seepage parameters of gassy coal were got. The principle, experimental equipment and procedures of this method were emphatically described, and relative tests were made with this method and equipment. Research results showed that this method and equipment could be simultaneously used to measure the gas absorption amount and nonlinear flow parameters of coal samples, and the experimental effect was better.
