巷道交叉对矿井通风影响的数值分析及实验验证

Numerical Analysis and Experimental Verification of the Influence of Roadway Crossing on Mine Ventilation

  • 摘要: 为研究巷道交叉对矿井通风系统局部通风阻力的影响,以城郊煤矿巷道通风情况为工程背景,采用数值模拟和现场实测相结合的方法,确定交叉巷道汇流与分流、锐角与钝角对通风阻力损失的影响大小。研究结果表明:汇流比分流的阻力损失要小,锐角汇流比钝角汇流的阻力损失要小。因此,设计巷道时应尽量减少分流及钝角汇流,避免巷道交叉时出现风流急转情况,从而降低局部通风阻力。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the influence of roadway crossing on local ventilation resistance of mine ventilation system, the ventilation of the roadway in Chengjiao Coal Mine was taken as the engineering background. Numerical simulation and field measurement were adopted to determine the effect of confluence, shunt, obtuse-angle, and acute-angle on the resistance loss of crossing roadway. The results show that the resistance loss of confluence is smaller than that of shunt, the resistance loss of acute-angle confluence is smaller than that of obtuse-angle. Therefore, in the design of roadway, shunt and obtuse confluence should be minimized to avoid airflow sharp rotation when the roadway crosses, so as to reduce local ventilation resistance.
