脉冲射流交叉割缝卸压技术在煤巷掘进中的应用研究

Application Research on a Pulsed Water Jet Slotting for Coal Roadway Excavation

  • 摘要: 针对深埋煤层地应力高、超前钻孔单孔卸压影响范围小,导致钻孔数量多、施工时间长、煤巷掘进速度慢等问题,提出利用自激振荡脉冲射流在煤层中交叉割缝,增加单孔卸压范围,减小钻孔数量,提高煤巷掘进速度的新思路。结合自激振荡脉冲射流破煤岩机理,采用数值模拟方法,揭示了交叉缝槽卸压规律,优化了煤巷掘进中脉冲射流割缝布置工艺。通过在平煤五矿己16-17-22302进风巷掘进应用表明,脉冲射流交叉割缝钻孔的有效抽采半径可达2.5 m以上,煤巷掘进工作面瓦斯抽采量提高3.37倍,执行防突措施的时间减少了54.4%,掘进速度提高1倍。

     

    Abstract: For the problem that the stress of deep buried coal seam is high and the influence of single hole relaxing stress in advance drillhole is limited,which leads to more drillholes,longer drainage time and slower speed of coal roadway excavation etc.A new idea was proposed to solve this problem by using self-excited oscillations of pulsed water jets which can be intersected in the coal seam.This was proposed to increase the stress-relaxed scope of single hole,reduce the number of drillholes,and improve the speed of coal roadway excavation.This paper revealed the stress-relaxed law of cross slot by numerical simulation method in combination with self-excited oscillation pulsed jet coal and rock breaking mechanism,and optimized the pulse jet slotting in the process of excavation in coal roadway.Application in Ji16-17-22302 wind lane at the Pingdingshan No.5 coal mine showed that the jet may penetrate 2.5 m or more into the coal seam,the total drainage quantity of the working face was increased by 3.37 times,the time to implement outburst prevention has been reduced by 54.4%,and the speed of excavation was doubled.
