综掘工作面硫化氢运移规律及其防治技术

Migration Law and Controlling Technology for Hydrogen Sulfide in Fully Mechanized Excavation Face

  • 摘要: 为掌握综掘工作面硫化氢的运移分布规律,基于湍流kε方程、动力弥散方程,构建硫化氢运移扩散的数学模型,对其运移扩散过程进行了模拟,并提出了泡沫吸收技术与水幕净化技术相结合的综合治理措施。结果表明:硫化氢自工作面涌出后受流场及重力的影响,其运移过程大致可分为重力扩散、被动扩散及均匀扩散3个阶段;在工作面类似“U”形通风系统下硫化氢最容易积聚在回风侧下隅角处。综合治理措施应用后,使掘进机割煤涌出的硫化氢体积分数由47.7×10-6降低到6.0×10-6,对硫化氢的有效去除率达到83.8%。

     

    Abstract: In order to master the migration and distribution law of hydrogen sulfide in fully mechanized excavation face,the mathematical model of hydrogen sulfide migration and diffusion was constructed based on turbulence k-ε equation and dynamic diffusion equation,and the process of migration and diffusion was simulated,meanwhile,the comprehensive measures for the combination of foam absorption technology and water curtain purification technology were proposed.The results show that the migration process of hydrogen sulfide,which is affected by the flow field and gravity after gushing out from the working face,can be divided into three stages,namely gravity expansion,passive diffusion and uniform diffusion;hydrogen sulfide is most likely to accumulate at the lower corner of the return air side under the condition of “U” ventilation in the working face.After the application of comprehensive control measures,the volume fraction of hydrogen sulfide emission from the coal cutting decreases from 47.7×10-6 to 6.0×10-6,and the effective removal rate of hydrogen sulfide reaches 83.8%.
