高家堡煤矿采煤工作面矿压显现规律研究

Study on the Occurrence Rule of Strata Behaviors of the Working Face in Gaojiapu Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 高家堡煤矿101工作面不同开采阶段采用不同的开采方式,基于对该工作面液压支架工作阻力现场监测数据,结合矿山压力理论,对101工作面矿压显现规律进行了分析研究。结果表明:101工作面在综采条件下,直接顶厚度为11.5 m,初次垮落步距平均为24.7 m,基本顶厚度为9.9 m,初次来压步距为47.0 m;在综放开采条件下,直接顶厚度为17.9 m,采场在“岩—矸”结构的保护下推进,结构上方的岩层对采场矿压显现没有明显影响,不存在明显的周期来压现象。说明工作面矿压显现规律不仅与覆岩的组成和结构有关,还与采煤方法特别是实际采出的煤层厚度密切有关。

     

    Abstract: Different mining methods were used in different mining stages of 101 working face in Gaojiapu Coal Mine. Based on the field monitoring of hydraulic support resistance of this working face and combined with the theory of mine pressure, this paper analyzed the occurrence rule of strata behaviors in 101 working face.The results showed that on the condition of fully mechanized mining, the thickness of immediate roof was 11.5 m, the average initial collapse interval was 24.7 m, the basic roof thickness was 9.9 m, and the pace of first weighting interval was 47.0 m; on the condition of fully mechanized mining, the thickness of immediate roof was 17.9 m. The stope was pushed forward under the protection of the "rock-gangue" structure. The layer above the structure had no obvious influence on occurrence of mining pressure, there was no obvious period of pressure.It was indicated that the occurrence rule of strata behaviors in working face was not only related to the composition and structure of overburden, but also closely related to the coal mining method, especially the thickness of actual coal seam.
