基于后屈曲理论的急倾斜煤层底板屈曲破坏机理解析

Analytical Study on the Buckling Failure Mechanism of Steeply Inclined Coal Seam Floor based on the Theory of Post-buckling

  • 摘要: 开展急倾斜煤层底板屈曲破坏机理研究,对预测急倾斜煤层底板凸起、下滑及底板防护具有重要意义。基于屈曲理论,探讨了急倾斜煤层底板回转下沉、直接下滑、弯曲隆起3种破坏形式,并对弯曲隆起破坏机理进行研究。根据急倾斜煤层赋存特点,给出了急倾斜煤层底板屈曲破坏的力学模型,推导出底板弯曲隆起变形的位移幅值方程。利用突变理论与分岔理论对底板后屈曲非稳定形态进行分析,给出分岔方程,并推导了其发生破断的临界载荷、位移幅值、破坏长度等计算公式。分析临界载荷对缺陷结构的敏感性,通过其剖分因子推导出位移幅值计算公式,形成了通过求得底板破坏极限长度,确定分岔点临界载荷、位移幅值的理论方法,并通过工程实例验证了其合理性。

     

    Abstract: The study on the buckling failure mechanism of the floor of the steeply-inclined coal seam mining is of great significance for forecasting the buckling, sliding downward and protection of the floor. This paper discussed three failure modes of steeply inclined coal seam floor, including rotary sinking, directly sliding downward and buckling, and it focused on the mechanism of buckling. According to the occurrence characteristics of steeply inclined coal seam, the mechanical model of buckling failure of steeply inclined coal seam floor was obtained, and the displacement amplitude equation of bending uplift deformation of floor was derived. Through the analysis of instability properties of the floor after buckling based on the mutation and bifurcation theories, the bifurcation equation was obtained. The formulas of critical load, displacement amplitude and failure length at the moment of breakage were derived. The sensitivity of the critical load to the defect structure was analyzed, and the formula for calculating displacement amplitude was derived by its subdivision factor. The theoretical method for determining the critical load at bifurcation point and displacement amplitude through calculating the limiting fracture length of the floor, and its rationality was verified by an engineering example.
