我国深部矿井热环境研究现状与进展

The Status and Progress of the Research on Thermal Environment of Deep Mine in China

  • 摘要: 基于当前我国深部矿井的热害特点,总结了近年来对深井热环境的研究现状。分析了当前对井下热源的研究情况,主要包括围岩、机电设备、空气压缩、运输、氧化、水、大气等方面的散热;对于井下热环境,重点梳理了理论研究、数值计算和室内试验3个方面的研究情况,同时分析了当前对热环境的评价情况。指出今后仍需要进一步探讨和研究的问题:井下风温的理论预测应当考虑多个热源的耦合作用;开展大尺度相似模型试验,以更贴合现场的实际,指导生产实践;井下热环境评价指标的完善。

     

    Abstract: Based on the characteristics of deep mine thermal pollution in China, the research status of deep mine thermal environmentin inrecent years has been summarized. The current research situation of underground thermal source was analyzed. It mainly in cluded the heat dissipation of surrounding rock, mechanical and electrical equipment, air compression, transportation, oxidation, water, the atmosphere and so on. For the thermal environment, the research of theoretical research, numerical calculation and indoor test has been reviewed. The evaluation of thermal environment was also analyzed.It gave several understandings on the research work which were presented in prospect of further study and discuss in the future: the coupling effect of multiple heat source should be considered in the theoretical predictions of air temperature; the large-scale similarity model test should be carried out and it can fit the actual to guide the production practice; the improvement of evaluation index of thermal environment.
