低浓度瓦斯安全直接燃烧技术研究

Study on Safe Direct Combustion Technology of Low-concentration Gas

  • 摘要: 煤矿抽采的低浓度特别是爆炸浓度范围内的瓦斯直接利用存在诸多技术难题,直接排空时也存在安全风险。通过对金属纤维燃烧器和阻火器的阻火阻爆机理研究、实验研究、设计和现场试验,证明在合理的设计参数下,金属纤维燃烧器能够有效阻火、隔热,可将瓦斯爆炸转变为安全燃烧; 金属纤维阻火器能够有效实现管道的阻火、阻爆,隔断瓦斯爆炸的传播。在此基础上研发出处理能力为2 000 m3/h、甲烷体积分数为10%的低浓度瓦斯安全燃烧系统,通过安全分析和工业性试验,证明了该系统的安全性和可靠性,能满足煤矿低浓度瓦斯的处理要求,为爆炸浓度范围内的瓦斯安全排空、减少甲烷排放和瓦斯利用提供了新的技术途径。

     

    Abstract: Many technical problems exist in the direct utilization of the low-concentration or especially the explosionconcentration gas extracted from the coal mine,and if such gas is discharged into the atmosphere directly,the safety risk also exist.Through the mechanism research,experiemental study,design and field test on the fire resistance and explosin suppression of the metal fiber burner and flame arrester,it proved that under the reasonable design parameters,the metal fiber burner can resist the fire and insulate the heat effectively,and the gas explosion can be transformed into safe combustion.The metal fiber flame arrester can resist the fire and explosion effectively in the pipeline and cut off the propogation of gas explosion in it.On this basis,a low-concentration gas safety combustion system with the handling capacity of 2 000 m3/h and the methane volume fraction of 10%was developed.Though safety analysis and industrial test,it proved that the system was safe and reliable,and could meet the requirement of low-concentration gas treatment in the coal mine,this thus provided a new technical way for the safe discharge of the gas within the explosion-concentration range,the gas emission reduction and gas utilization.
