掘进工作面局部通风风筒悬挂位置的数值模拟

The Numerical Simulation of Hanging Position of Local Ventilator in Driving Face

  • 摘要: 为了合理确定掘进工作面局部通风的风筒悬挂位置,进一步提高工作面局部通风除尘效率,采用Fluent数值模拟的方法,以某条掘进巷道为研究对象进行了计算分析。得出风筒距掘进工作面端头最佳距离关系式,风筒最佳悬挂位置在围岩一侧2H/3处,同时局部通风系统中采用更大直径风筒时,有利于排出掘进工作时产生的粉尘和瓦斯,减少局部循环风和涡流停滞区的发生,提高局部通风效率。

     

    Abstract: In order to reasonably determine the hanging position of local ventilator in driving face and further improve the efficiency of local ventilation and dust removal of working face,using Fluent numerical simulation method,a roadway was taken as the research object to calculate and analyze.The best distance relation between the ventilator and the driving face was obtained,the best hanging position of the ventilator is 2H/3 on the side of the surrounding rock,at the same time,when a larger diameter ventilator is adopted in the local ventilation system,it is beneficial to discharge the dust and gas generated during tunneling,reduce the occurrence of local circulation wind and vortex stagnation zone,and improve the local ventilation efficiency.
