Study on Overburden Movement and Strata Behavior Law in FullyMechanized Face in Thick Coal Seam with Large Angle

摘要: 以南山煤矿小沟分矿B8煤层综采工作面为研究对象,采用相似材料模拟试验及现场观测的方法,对大倾角厚煤层综采工作面的覆岩移动与矿压显现规律进行研究,结果表明:采场基本顶中会形成“厂”形移动拱结构,其随煤层的开采逐渐向上覆岩层扩展,直至地表;周期来压表现出工作面中下部来压周期长、来压步距大,而上部来压周期偏短、来压步距偏小的特征,工作面初次来压步距约为40.0 m,周期来压步距为8.3~20.7 m;垮落带高度为41.0 m,断裂带高度为69.0 m,弯曲下沉带高度为46.0 m。Abstract: Study was carried out in this paper on the overlying strata movement and strata behavior laws in the fully mechanized face in the thick coal seam with large angle by taking the fully mechanized face in B8 coal seam of Nanshan Mine as the research object and using the method of the similar materail simulation test and the field observation. The results showed that a "厂" shape mobile arch structure might be formed in the main roof and it would gradually extend to the overlying strata and then up to the surface with the mining of the coal seam; the periodic weighting showed a long weighting period and large weighting step in the middle and lower parts of the working face and a short weighting period and small weighting step in the upper part of the working face, the first weighting step of the working face was about 40.0 m, the periodic weighting step was 8.3 m to 20.7 m, the height of the caving zone was 41.0 m, the height of the fracture zone was 69.0 m and the height of the subsidence zone was 46.0 m.
