天坪隧道横洞工区正洞及平导揭煤防突技术

Technology of Uncovering Coal and Outburst Prevention in Hengdong Work Area of Tianping Tunnel

  • 摘要: 为保障天坪隧道顺利穿越DK127+710~DK127+850段龙潭组煤系地层,对该段地层地质条件进行了分析,制订了煤与瓦斯突出隧道揭煤的作业流程和防突措施作业流程;根据煤层特征对揭煤的超前地质钻探、区域综合防突措施和局部综合措施方案进行了具体设计,并采用钻屑指标法对防突方案的实施效果进行了验证分析。实践表明:防突方案实施后,工作面的突出危险性预测指标K1值下降到0.31 mL/(g·min1/2),保障了隧道施工顺利通过煤层区域。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure that Tianping Tunnel smoothly passes through the Longtan Formation from DK127+710 section to DK127+850 section, the geological conditions of the sections were analyzed, and the operation procedures of the tunnel uncovering coal and the operation of the outburst prevention measures were formulated; according to coal seam characteristics, the advanced geological drilling, regional comprehensive outburst prevention measures and local comprehensive measures of uncovering coal were designed specifically, and the implementation effect of this plan was verified by the drill cutting index method. The results show that after the implementation of the outburst prevention plan, the prediction index K1 of outburst risk in working face decreased to 0.31 mL/(g·min1/2), which can ensure the smooth passage of tunnel construction through the coal seam area.
