真三轴实验下梁宝寺煤矿掘进工作面煤体应力—渗流关系研究及应用

Research and Application of Stress-Seepage Relationship of Coal in Heading Face of Liangbaosi Coal Mine under True Triaxial Test

  • 摘要: 针对梁宝寺煤矿3434掘进工作面作业期间瓦斯浓度较高的实际问题,以瓦斯防治为研究目的。运用自行研制的真三轴气—固耦合煤体渗流实验系统,根据掘进工作面周围煤体应力分布情况,开展了卸载围压和加载轴压实验,研究各应力分区煤体渗透率演化规律,分析瓦斯赋存情况。研究结果表明:卸压区渗透率增大,适宜瓦斯逸散;应力增高区渗透率下降,瓦斯难以逸散。根据实验结果和应力分区特点设计出瓦斯治理方案,并进行工程实践。实践结果显示:采用超前钻孔抽采煤层瓦斯后,掘进工作面瓦斯浓度由0.53%~0.76%降至0.35%以下,证明应力—渗流关系研究结果正确。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, aiming at the actual problem of high gas concentration during the operation of 3434 heading face of Liangbaosi Coal Mine, with the purpose of gas prevention and control, based on the self-developed test system of true triaxial gas-solid coupling coal seepage flow, the experiment of unloading confining pressure and axial compression was carried out based on the stress distribution of coal surrounding the heading face, the evolution of permeability in each stress zone was studied, the gas storage was analyzed.The experimental results showed that it is suitable for methane emission when the permeability of pressure relief zone increases, and the gas is difficult to escape when and the permeability is decreased in the stress zone.The gas treatment scheme was designed according to the experimental results and the characteristics of stress zone, and the engineering practice was carried out.Practice showed that the range of gas concentration was from 0.53% to 0.76%, and after the gas of coal seam extracted with advanced drilling, the gas concentration decreased to lower than 0.35%, it proved the correctness of the stress-seepage relationship research.
