Abstract: For the drawbacks that the research institutes provide single technical advisory services in the cooperation model between coal enterprises and scientific research institutes,the innovation model of industry-university-research cooperation for the prevention and control of various disasters in the mine underground has been created—a new model of coal mine safety professional technical service,and the system suitable for the mode of operation has been established at the same time.This new mode has given full play to the advantages of both sides,not only solve the collaborative control problem of major disasters in coal enterprises,guarantee the safety of mine production,but also realize scientific and technological progress and technological innovation in scientific research institutes,accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and industrial development.Through the successful application and promotion of this cooperation mode in Shenhua Group,significant economic and social benefits have been achieved,which has provided a demonstration for further cooperation between coal enterprises and research institutes.
