突出煤层首采工作面区域防突措施优化研究

Study on Optimization of Regional Outburst Prevention Measures for First Mining Face of Outburst Seam

  • 摘要: 针对玉溪煤矿现有区域防突措施存在的工程量大、工期长、经济成本高等问题,采用模糊评价法,分别从工程量、建设工期、安全可靠性、技术可行性、经济合理性等5个指标对4种区域防突措施进行考察,优选出最佳的区域防突措施。结果表明:井下穿层钻孔结合顺层钻孔(单侧底板抽采巷)为最佳区域防突措施,量化得分为0.3,大于其他3种区域防突措施量化结果。为了保障该区域防突措施的应用效果,根据现场条件采取了相应的区域防突措施保障技术。

     

    Abstract: To counter the problems of large amount of engineering,long construction period and highly economic cost in the process of the implementation of the existing regional outburst prevention measures in Yuxi Coal Mine,in this paper,five indicators including the engineering amount,construction period,safety reliabilty,technical feasibilty and economic rationality of four regional outburst prevention measures were investigated by using the fuzzy evaluation method,and the best regional outburst prevention measure was selected.The results showed that the measure of gas draiange by underground crossing boreholes and the holes drilled along the seam(the unilateral floor draiange roadway)was the best regional outburst prevention measure,its quantitative score was 0.3,larger than the quantitative result of other three regional outburst prevention measures.In order to ensure the application effect of the regional outburst prevention measures in this area,corresponding support techniques for the regional outburst prevention measures should be adopted according to the site conditions.
