危险源控制理论研究及在煤矿事故预防中的应用

Research on Cybernetics of Hazards and Its Applications in Prevention of Coal Mine Accidents

  • 摘要: 事故发生前明确可能存在的各种原因对事故预防至关重要。基于对事故本质的分析,提出事故触发链条理论,充实了事故致因论。将控制论与事故触发链条理论相结合,建立了微观安全生产的危险源控制理论,并依据该理论建立了企业安全生产工作“三步法”。以煤矿采空区瓦斯爆炸事故的危险源控制体系为例,分析说明了该方法的具体工作步骤。危险源控制理论的提出进一步完善和充实了安全控制论、安全设计及可靠性问题等,可为危险源控制措施的研究提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: It is very important for accident prevention to find out the possible causes of the accident before it occurs. Based on the analysis of the natures of the accident, the theory of the accident trigger chain was put forward, which enriched the theory of accident causation. By combining the cybernetics with the accident trigger chain theory, the micro work safety hazard control theory was established, and on the basis of this theory, a "three-step" method for enterprise work safety was set up. By taking the hazard control system of the gob gas explosion accident in a coal mine as the example, the concrete work steps of this method was analyzed. The proposal of the hazard control theory can further improve and enrich the safety cybernetic, safety design, reliability and so on and provide a theoretical basis for the study of hazard control measures.
