煤矿安全生产综合监察监管平台设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Comprehensive Supervision Platform for Coal Mine Safety Production

  • 摘要: 介绍了重庆煤矿及其监察监管信息化现状,分析了煤矿监察监管信息化存在的主要问题。研究制订了重庆市统一的煤矿数据联网标准规范协议,设计并建成了煤矿安全生产综合监察监管信息化平台。该平台由接入层、传输层、基础设施层、数据资源层、应用支撑层和应用层构成,在线接入安全监控、人员定位、视频监控、重大机电设备监测等子系统,具备煤矿基础数据管理、在线实时监测、历史数据统计与大数据分析、综合集成门户等功能,提供面向桌面电脑、调度大展和智能终端APP等可视化展现方式。目前,该平台已经成为煤矿安全监察监管的重要手段和精准监察的重要依据,提升了监察监管效率,创新了监察监管模式,对减少煤矿安全事故的发生具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the current situation of coal mine and supervision informatization in Chongqing and analyzes the main problems. A unified coal mine data standard specification protocol was studied and formulated, a coal mine safety production comprehensive supervision information platform was designed and built. The platform consists of access layer, transport layer, infrastructure layer, data resource layer, application support layer and application layer. It has subsystems such as online access security monitoring, personnel positioning, video monitoring, major mechanical and electrical equipment monitoring. The platform has functions of coal mine basic data management, online real-time monitoring, historical data statistics and big data analysis and integrated portal, etc. It provides visual presentations for desktop computers, scheduling exhibitions, and intelligent terminal APP. At present, the platform has become an important means for coal mine safety supervision and an important basis for accurate supervision. It has improved the efficiency of supervision and innovated the supervision mode. It's of great significance to reduce coal mine safety accident.
