复采工作面横跨煤柱上覆岩层运移规律研究

Study on the Movement Law of Overburden Strata as Multiple Working Face Crossing the Coal Pillar

  • 摘要: 针对复采工作面横跨煤柱时极易出现煤壁片帮、顶板压力过大等问题,以白沟煤业首个复采工作面为研究背景,采用相似模拟与数值模拟相结合的方法,研究复采工作面横跨煤柱“前—中—后”整个动态过程中顶板变形破坏情况及运动演化规律。研究结果表明:随着工作面的推进,煤柱左右侧最大垮落高度不断增加,煤柱稳定性由弱变强,煤柱上方由最初的“倒梯形”结构最后变为“倒三角形”结构;顶板支撑结构演变形式为“煤柱”型→“液压支架—残留煤柱”型→“液压支架—旧采区煤矸”型。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems such as coal wall and roof are easy to suffer excessive pressure when multiple working face crossing the coal pillar, this paper takes the first multiple working face of Baigou Coal Industry as the research background, the method of combination of analog simulation and numerical simulation is adopted, the deformation and failure of roof, as well as the law of motion evolution are studied in the whole dynamic process when multiple working face crossing the coal pillar. The results show that the maximum caving height on both sides of the coal column increases with the advance of the mining face, and the stability of the coal column increases from weak to strong, the structure of top coal pillar changes from the original "inverted trapezoid" to the "inverted triangle". The order of variation of roof support structure is as follows: "coal pillar" type, "hydraulic support - residual pillar" type, "hydraulic support - old mining area gangue" type.
