矿井风网三维仿真技术研究与系统设计

Technology Research and System Design on Three-dimensional Simulation of Mine Ventilation Network

  • 摘要: 针对目前大多数煤矿对局部通风管理薄弱的现状,为保证通风系统稳定、可靠地向井下各用风地点输送足够的新鲜风流,以达到稀释井下有害气体浓度、调节井下环境温度等目的,基于三维仿真技术研发了矿井风网三维仿真系统。介绍了该系统的技术框架,阐述了系统设计思路、软件系统架构及功能等,应用实例表明,矿井风网三维仿真系统能够实现矿井风流实时模拟、巷道通风情况动态显示,一旦发现通风异常情况能够提供实时报警信息,可为矿井通风安全管理提供有效技术手段。

     

    Abstract: In view of the current situation that most coal mines have weak local airflow management, in order to ensure that the ventilation system can stably and reliably deliver enough fresh airflow to the downhole wind locations to dilute the harmful gases in the underground and adjust the mine temperature. Based on three-dimensional simulation technology, the three-dimensional simulation system of mine ventilation network was developed. This paper introduces the technical framework of the system, and expounds design idea of the system, architecture and functions of the software system, etc. The application example shows that the three-dimensional simulation system of mine ventilation network can realize real-time simulation of mine air flow and dynamic display of roadway ventilation, once the abnormal situation of ventilation is found, it can provide real-time alarm, which can provide effective technical means for the safety management of mine ventilation.
