Abstract: Based on the analysis of the dust removal mechanism of water stemming,the high efficiency water stemming was made by adding surfactant,in addition,field tests were carried out on the arrangement and reasonable packing length of high efficiency water stemming in -740 m horizontal blasting stope of Xiadian Gold Mine,the dust removal efficiency of common water stemming and high efficiency water stemming were compared and analyzed.The test results show that when the high efficiency water stemming with surfactant is used for dust removal,total dust removal efficiency reaches 56.6%,and the dust removal efficiency of respirable dust is 54.2%,which is 36.2% and 29.5% higher than that of common water stemming respectively,the dust removal effect is better.
