高产尘强度采煤工作面逆风割煤粉尘综合治理技术研究

Study on Comprehensive Dust Control Technology of Coal Cutting against the Wind in Coal Ming Face with High Dust Intensity

  • 摘要: 针对高产尘强度采煤工作面采煤机逆风割煤时的粉尘危害特点,以王家岭煤矿20106综采工作面为试验对象,遵循“先抑、后控、再降”的粉尘治理思路,采用采煤机高效喷雾抑尘、采煤机喷雾控降尘,以及采煤机下风侧浮游粉尘治理技术对粉尘进行综合治理,在快速湿润采煤机滚筒及垮落区域破碎煤体的同时,将含尘气流引至人行道一侧进行高效沉降,最终使逆风割煤时采煤机司机位置及采煤机下风侧10 m处的总粉尘降尘效率分别达到98.3%、97.6%,取得显著的降尘效果。

     

    Abstract: In view of the dust hazard characteristics of coal cutting against the wind in coal mining face with high dust intensity, the 20106 fully mechanized mining face in Wangjialing Coal Mine was taken as the test object, following the dust control idea of “suppressing first, controlling later, and then lowering”, to comprehensively control the dust hazard, the technologies such as high efficiency spray dust suppression of the shearer, spray dust suppression of the shearer, and downwind floating dust control were adopted. During the rapid wetting of the coal shearer drum and the crushing of coal in the collapse area, the dust-containing airflow was led to the side of the sidewalk for efficient settlement, and finally the total dust removal efficiency of the driver and the downwind side of the shearer at 10 m reaches 98.3% and 97.6% respectively when coal cutting against the wind, it achieved a significant dust reduction effect.
