松软低透煤层高压射流造穴强化抽采技术研究

Enhanced Extraction Technology of High Pressure Jet in Soft and Low Permeability Coal Seam

  • 摘要: 为促进低透气性煤层瓦斯的预抽,消除煤层煤与瓦斯突出危险,采用高压射流冲孔造穴技术措施,构建高压射流冲孔造穴过程的煤体渗透率演化模型,并通过解算得到冲孔后煤体渗透率的演化及煤体内瓦斯运移的规律,即钻孔周围煤体的增透区半径随钻孔半径增加而线性增加。在新景矿进行冲孔造穴现场试验,结果表明:相较于直接预抽煤层瓦斯,采用高压射流冲孔造穴结合瓦斯抽采的措施可节省钻孔工程量,强化瓦斯抽采效果,且掘进过程中消除突出危险更有效,提高巷道的掘进速度,能够保证矿井安全生产。

     

    Abstract: In order to promote the pre-extraction of gas in low permeability coal seam and eliminate the risk of coal and gas outburst, high pressure jet punching and hydraulic flushing measures were adopted. Firstly, the coal permeability evolution model of high pressure jet punching and hydraulic flushing process was constructed. Then the evolution of coal permeability and the rule of gas movement in coal after punching were obtained by calculating, that was, the radius of permeability enhanced area of coal around the borehole increases linearly with the increase of borehole radius. The in-situ test of hydraulic flushing carried out in Xinjing Mine shows that:compared with the direct pre-extraction of coal seam gas, high pressure jet punching and hydraulic flushing combined with gas drainage measures can save the amount of drilling and enhance the gas drainage effect. Moreover, it is more effective to eliminate the outburst risk during the excavation process, improve the tunneling speed of roadway, and ensure the safety of mine production.
