基于β射线法的粉尘质量浓度检测算法研究

Research on Algorithm of Dust Concentration Detection based on β-ray Method

  • 摘要: 为了提高作业场所粉尘质量浓度检测结果的准确率,需进一步提高β 射线检测粉尘质量浓度的精度。实验分析发现β 射线强度存在波动性,其是影响粉尘质量浓度测试精度的因素之一;目前 β射线法的基本算法没有考虑β射线强度波动性对粉尘质量浓度测试精度的影响。采用提取β射线强度波动数据信号特征值的研究方法,利用β射线强度峰峰值、标准偏差和包络均值分别标定粉尘质量浓度并进行对比分析,表明利用单一特征值标定粉尘质量浓度时分辨率较低。通过对β射线强度波动性特征值的融合实验研究,提出一种标定粉尘质量浓度的改进算法。实验结果表明:在粉尘质量浓度为0.0~920.3 mg/m3 内,采用基本算法检测粉尘质量浓度的误差为8.7%~14.3%,而改进算法的检测误差为5.3%~10.0%,基于改进算法的粉尘质量浓度检测直读仪比基本算法直读仪的精度提高了4.4%。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy of dust mass concentration detection in workplaces, it is necessary to further improve the accuracy of dust concentration detection by β-ray. The experimental analysis shows that the intensity of β-ray is volatility, which is one of the factors affecting the accuracy of dust mass concentration measurement; at present, the basic algorithm of β-ray method does not consider the influence of β-ray intensity fluctuation on the accuracy of dust mass concentration test. By adopting the research method of extracting the characteristic values of β-ray intensity fluctuation data signal, the peak-to-peak, standard deviation and envelope mean value of β-ray are used to calibrate and analyze the dust mass concentration respectively, it shows that the resolution is low when using single characteristic value to calibrate dust mass concentration. Based on the experimental study on the fusion of β-ray intensity volatility, an improved algorithm for calibrating the dust mass concentration was proposed. The experimental results show that when the dust mass concentration is from 0.0 mg/m3 to 920.3 mg/m3, the detection error of the basic algorithm is from 8.7% to 14.3%, while the detection error of the improved algorithm is from 5.3% to 10.0%, the accuracy of the dust mass concentration detection direct reader based on the improved algorithm is 4.4% higher than that of the basic algorithm.
