煤柱对上保护层开采卸压消突效果的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Coal Pillar on the Pressure Relief and Outburst Elimination of the Upper Protective Layer Mining

  • 摘要: 针对上保护层开采过程中留设特殊煤柱会对开采效果产生不利影响的情况,以淮北青东煤矿为工程背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测的方法,就煤柱对上保护层开采效果的影响进行了研究。理论分析得出,在煤柱下方区域会存在卸压盲区;数值模拟分析了留设不同宽度煤柱情况下上保护层开采过程中煤体应力、位移等时空变化规律,得出在留设煤柱情况下上保护层开采时会造成保护区域不连续,且煤柱越宽,对上保护层开采效果影响越明显;对青东煤矿8210工作面煤柱影响区域煤层透气性系数和钻屑量2种指标进行实测,得出在上覆7煤层留设不同宽度护巷煤柱时,在煤柱下方区域的8煤层会存在潜在突出危险区;现场实测结果与数值模拟分析结果基本吻合。

     

    Abstract: In view of the unfavorable influence of the special coal pillars on the mining effect during the mining of the upper protective layer, taking Qingdong Coal Mine in Huaibei as the engineering background, the influence of coal pillar on the mining effect of upper protective layer was studied by theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field measurement. The theoretical analysis showed that there is a blind zone below the coal pillars; the spatial and temporal variation of stress and displacement of coal body in the mining process on upper protective layer were analyzed by numerical simulation, under the condition that coal pillars reserveed different widths, it was concluded that the mining of the upper protective layer will cause the discontinuity of the protective area when pillars were reserved, and the wider the pillar, the more obvious the effect on the upper protective layer; the two indexes of coal seam permeability coefficient and drilling cuttings in the area affected by coal pillar in 8210 working face of Qingdong Coal Mine were measured, it was concluded that when coal pillars with different widths are set in overlying the 7th coal seam, there will be potential outburst risk areas in the 8th coal seam below the coal pillar, the results of numerical simulation analysis were validated by field measurement.
