急倾斜特厚煤层开采工作面瓦斯涌出量预测方法的建立及应用

Establishment and Application of Gas Emission Prediction Method in Mining Face of Steeply Inclined and Extra Thick Coal Seam

  • 摘要: 为了解决矿井瓦斯涌出量预测标准在急倾斜特厚煤层水平分段开采工作面的不适用问题,以及常用的分源预测法在进行水平分段开采工作面瓦斯涌出量预测时存在不足的问题,根据瓦斯质量守恒定律,提出巷道瓦斯排放影响系数的计算方法;参考邻近层瓦斯涌出量预测计算方法,建立了开采分段下部卸压煤体瓦斯涌出量预测数学表达式,形成了急倾斜特厚煤层水平分段开采工作面的瓦斯涌出量预测方法,并进行了现场应用。结果表明:瓦斯涌出量预测值与实测值的相对误差为-15.08%~14.97%,相对误差的绝对值的平均值仅为6.65%,其预测效果较好,说明该预测方法具有合理性和可行性。

     

    Abstract: The current prediction standard of gas emission is not applicable to steeply inclined and extra thick coal seam in the horizontal sublevel mining working face, and there is a deficiency in the prediction of gas emission in horizontal sublevel mining working face by using the method of sub-source prediction. In order to solve the above problems, the calculation method of influence coefficient of gas emission in roadway was put forward according to the law of mass conservation of gas; based on the calculation method for predicting gas emission from adjacent seam, the mathematical expression for predicting the gas emission from the lower part of the mining section was established, a method for predicting gas emission from horizontal sublevel mining working face of steeply inclined and extra thick coal seam was developed, and the field application was carried out. The results show that the relative error between the predicted value and the measured value is between -15.08% and 14.97%, the average value of the absolute value of the relative error is only 6.65%, the prediction effect is good, which indicates that the method is reasonable and feasible.
