真三轴剪切渗流试验系统的研制及应用

Development and Application of a True Triaxial Shear Seepage Test System

  • 摘要: 为研究剪切变形对煤体瓦斯渗流的影响,研制了真三轴剪切渗流试验系统,解决了以往剪切渗流试验仅受剪切应力和法向应力两向应力影响,以及剪切过程瓦斯渗流的密封性问题,实现了真三轴剪切变形下的瓦斯渗流试验研究。利用该系统进行了型煤试样在瓦斯压力为1 MPa下的真三轴剪切渗流试验,结果表明煤体在三向不等应力环境下发生了明显的剪切破坏,应力、位移、渗流速度随时间的变化曲线具有明显的对应关系,瓦斯渗流速度呈现出先快速下降后缓慢下降,试样发生剪切破坏后渗流速度呈略微增长的趋势。该系统为进一步研究剪切变形对煤体瓦斯渗流的影响提供了新的测试手段。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the effect of shear deformation on coal gas seepage,a true triaxial shear seepage test system was developed to solve the problem that shear seepage test was only affected by shear stress and normal stress in the past,as well as the sealing of gas seepage in shear process,experimental study on gas seepage flow under true triaxial shear deformation was realized.The true triaxial shear seepage test of briquette under gas pressure of 1 MPa was carried out by this system.The results showed that the briquette has obvious shear failure under the three-dimensional stress,the curves of stress,displacement and seepage flow have obvious correlation with time.The gas seepage shows a rapid decline and then a slow decline,the seepage velocity increases slightly after the shear failure occurs.The system provides a new test method for further research on the effect of shear deformation on coal gas seepage.
